Here at Unique Pavings & Landscapes LTD, we are proud to have completed a recent project for Heswall Autos in Wirral. The team at Heswall Autos approached us with the task of installing a concrete slab using C40 fibre-reinforced concrete in preparation for the installation of their new Garage Ramp Equipment. This specific type of concrete is known for its high strength and durability, making it perfect for commercial and industrial applications.
In addition to pouring and levelling the concrete slab, we first removed the existing concrete floor using our mini digger with concrete breaker attachments. The existing floor was not level enough or strong enough to support the garage ramp equipment, so it was essential to start with a fresh foundation. Our team worked efficiently to remove the old floor and prepare the area for the new concrete slab, ensuring optimal results for our customer.
Our team worked diligently to ensure that the concrete slab was poured and levelled to perfection, creating a solid foundation for the installation of the new equipment. To achieve a level floor finish, we utilized a floated finish technique, smoothing out the surface to ensure a seamless and professional appearance.
